Features
1. This series of saws are ideal for cutting metal solids, tubes and profiles with a variety of materials including, but not limited to, iron, steel, aluminum alloy, stainless steel and bearing steel.
2. Semi-automatic operation, easy to understand and use control panel; hydraulic downfeed rate is adjustable and controlled by stepless regulating valve; During cutting process, the saw frame quickly approach to workpiece and automatically slow down downfeed rate before blade touch the workpiece, allowing for faster cutting performance.
3. The saws use roller bearings and carbide blocks to guide the blades which extend the blade life. Models with cutting capacity small than 650mm(CH-650) can upgrade from manual blade tension device to hydraulic blade tension device(hydraulic clamping of workpiece) and add variable speed inverter(variable control of blade speed).
4. Models with cutting capacity larger than 650mm(CH-650) are gantry design. Saws are equipped with two hydraulic cylinders to ensure smooth downfeed. The up and down motion of saw frame is guided by high-precision linear guides, making sure of high cutting accuracy, efficiency, and rigidity.
