1. Vertical saws are designed to cut metal moldbases, slabs, and big box shape parts of a variety of materials including, but not limited to, iron, steel, Aluminum alloy, stainless steel.
2. Clients can choose semi-automatic type (manual feeding) or fully-automatic PLC control type (automatic feeding) according to different requirements. Two ways of feeding to choose from: fixed saw frame and workpiece feeding, or fixed workpiece and saw frame feeding. The machines have the advantages of narrow kerf, low energy consumption, easy operation, high cutting accuracy and high cutting efficiency.
3. Customizable cutting direction to adapt for the characteristics of different materials and easy operation according to clients’ requirements.
4. Customizable Material feeding device according to clients’ requirements.
5. Workpiece clamping device can upgrade from manual type to hydraulic type according to clients’ requirements.
